Die Wohngruppe Arche bietet 16 jungen Frauen im Alter zwischen 18 und 30 Jahren helle möblierte Einzelzimmer. Je acht Bewohnerinnen bilden eine Wohngemeinschaft und teilen sich eine Wohnung mit zwei Duschen/WCs, einer gemeinsamen Küche und einem Wohn-/Esszimmer. Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel mit
 

• zentraler, verkehrsgünstiger Lage im Quartier Wipkingen und
• guten Verbindungen zur UNI, ETH und zum Stadtzentrum.

Die Wohngruppe Arche liegt im Quartier Wipkingen und ist mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln wie folgt zu erreichen:

Am Hauptbahnhof nehmen Sie das Tram Nr. 11 Richtung Oerlikon/Auzelg und steigen nach dem Schaffhauserplatz an der Haltestelle Laubiweg aus. Der Laubiweg auf der anderen Strassenseite führt hinab in die Rötelstrasse direkt zu unserem Haus. In unserem Quartier liegt auch der Bahnhof Wipkingen mit direkter S-Bahnverbindung zum Hauptbahnhof.

The Arche residential group offers 16 young women between the ages of 18 and 30 bright furnished single rooms. Eight residents each form a shared apartment and share an apartment with two showers and WCs, a common kitchen and a living/dining room. The house is located in a quiet residential area with central, convenient location in the Wipkingen district and good connections to the UNI, ETH and the city center.

Wipkingen is close to the city centre and enjoys very good local transport access and good connections to the University (UNI), Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) and other high schools

The Arche residential group is located in the Wipkingen neighbourhood and can be reached by public transport as follows:

At Zurich’s main station, take streetcar no. 11 in the direction of Oerlikon/Auzelg and get off after Schaffhauserplatz at the Laubiweg stop. Laubiweg street on the other side of the street leads down into Rötelstrasse directly to our house. The Wipkingen train station is also in our neighbourhood, with a direct railway connection to Zurich’s main station.

Das Wohnhaus PRO FILIA bietet 30 – 32 jungen Frauen in Ausbildung zwischen 16 und 25 Jahren freundliche, individuell eingerichtete Zimmer.

Das Wohnhaus befindet sich an zentraler, verkehrsgünstiger Lage im Quartier Seefeld mit guten Verkehrsverbindungen zur UNI, ETH und zum Stadtzentrum.

Das Wohnhaus PRO FILIA liegt im Seefeldquartier und ist mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln wie folgt zu erreichen:

Am Hauptbahnhof (Bahnhofquai) steigen Sie in das Tram 4 (Richtung Tiefenbrunnen) und sind innerhalb von ca. 20 Minuten an der Haltestelle Feldeggstrasse. Von hier sind es drei Gehminuten die Feldeggstrasse aufwärts bis zum Wohnhaus PRO FILIA, Ecke Mühlebachstrasse/Feldeggstrasse.

Am Bahnhof Stadelhofen steigen Sie in das Tram Nr. 8 (Richtung Klusplatz) oder Nr. 11 (Richtung Rehalp). Nach einer Station steigen Sie beim Kreuzplatz aus und überqueren die Strasse beim Lichtsignal rechts (Richtung See) und laufen der Zollikerstrasse entlang. Nach 110 m biegen Sie in die Feldeggstrasse ein und nach etwa 230 m stehen Sie direkt vor dem Wohnhaus PRO FILIA, Mühlebachstrasse 88.

An der Feldeggstrasse befindet sich ein öffentliches Parkhaus.

Wer wohnt bei uns?

Studentinnen und junge Frauen in Ausbildung, die Kontakt mit verschiedenen Kulturen pflegen möchten, eine preiswerte, zentrale Wohngelegenheit in Zürich suchen und gemütlich eingerichtete Zimmer schätzen.

Die Bewohnerinnen sind selbst verantwortlich für ihre Zimmer sowie für die Gemeinschaftsräume und halten sich an die Hausordnung.

Es wird eine Privathaftpflichtversicherung verlangt.

Zimmer

Unsere 24 Einzelzimmer und 4 Doppelzimmer sind möbliert mit WLAN-Empfang. Jedes Zimmer hat eine Waschnische mit Warm- und Kaltwasser.

Infrastruktur

Gemeinsame Nasszellen

Bad- und Duschanlagen sind auf jedem Stockwerk vorhanden und werden gemeinsam genutzt. Zusätzlich steht ein weiteres Badezimmer mit zwei Duschen und einer Badewanne im Untergeschoss bereit.

Gemeinsame Küchen und Aufenthaltsräume

Für jedes Stockwerk steht eine gemeinsame Küche zur Verfügung, für jede Bewohnerin ist ein individuelles Schrankabteil und ein persönliches Kühlschrankfach vorhanden. Es gibt einen gemütlichen Aufenthaltsraum im Parterre und einen Essraum im Untergeschoss. Eine Waschküche mit Bügelstation sowie ein Trocknungsraum stehen den Bewohnerinnen ebenfalls zur Verfügung.

The PRO FILIA residential building offers 30-32 young women in training, aged 16 to 25, friendly and individually furnished rooms. The building is located in a central area in the „Quartier Seefeld“ with good public transport to University, ETH and city centre.

The PRO FILIA residential building is located in the „Seefeldquartier“ and can be reached by public transport as follows:

At Zürich Main Station take tram 4 (direction Tiefenbrunnen). It takes you in about 20 minutes to stop „Feldeggstrasse“. You walk Feldeggstrasse upwards and reach the PRO FILIA building at the corner Mühlebachstrasse/Feldeggstrasse.

At Stadelshofen Train Station you take tram 8 (direction Klusplatz) or tram 11 (direction Rehalp). You descent after one station at Kreuzplatz, cross the street and walk along Zollikerstrasse (direction to the lake). After 110m enter Feldeggstrasse and you will be right in front oft he PRO FILIA residential building. At Feldeggstrasse there is a public parking lot.

Who lives with us?

Students and young women in training who are looking for an inexpensive, central place to live in Zurich, who appreciate comfortably furnished rooms and who want to get into contact with different cultures.

The residents are responsible for their rooms as well as for the common rooms and have to observe the house order. A personal liability insurance is obligatory.

Rooms

Our 24 single rooms and 4 double rooms are fully furnished and have WLAN. Each room has a washbasin with hot and cold water.

Infrastructure

Common bathrooms

Baths and showers are on each level and are used commonly. In addition there is a bathroom with 2 showers and a bathtub in the basement.

Common areas

Each level has a common kitchen where you find an individual section in a cupboard and in the fridge for each resident.
There is a cosy sitting room on the first floor and a dining room in the basement. The residents can also use a laundry room with ironing station and a drying room.
